Never Surrender, the first single released off Canadian singer Corey Hart’s second album, Boy in the Box, spent 9 weeks at #1 in Canada and reached #3 on the Billboard Hot 100 in the US.

This is an acoustic version performed during an unplugged set in front of a live audience. Pretty awesome.
