Halifax as I remember it

This is Halifax in the early 90s. Before Purdy’s Wharf Tower II was built, before Bishop’s Landing was built, before that ugly building with the arts supplies store was built opposite Maritime Centre on Barrington Street, and before the power plant’s smoke stacks were taken down. Good memories. A lot of my summers were spentĀ roamingĀ back and forth between Blowers Street, Barrington Street, Spring Garden Road, and the public library. It’s a wonder I wasn’t kidnapped.
