The Painted Veil

The Painted Veil has been sitting on my computer for nearly a year. Taunting me. Taking up space. Daring me to watch it.
I finally did.
It’s possibly one of the best directed, best edited, best written, and best scored movies I’ve seen in years, backed by strong, strong performances from all the key actors. It was a joy to watch and it sets a high standard for people looking to create similar fare. Well done.
