Synecdoche, New York
September 30th, 2008 | Arts, Movie Trailers | Comment »This looks incredible. It’s Charlie Kaufman’s directorial debut and the story looks amazing. I don’t think I could ever write anything approaching the complexity and richness of what Kaufman writes. He’s a capital ‘W’ writer. Unreal. I’m looking forward to it. I’m not sure how it’s going to do at the box office, though. If it gets a wide release I’d guess it’d be in the $9-12 million range for the opening weekend. And incidentally, PSH is going to be incredible as The Penguin.
