I can’t see them passing a law to prevent this:

I mean, he’s not talking on his phone. Just, you know, multi-tasking. In a rather…”relaxed”…fashion. Good on him, I say. This is exactly the type of thing we need more of. We need more efficient people, more people who refuse to stress out, more people who can weave comfortably through traffic without batting an eye, or, you know, steering. Just more.
