New waterfront development on Salter Street
May 27th, 2008 | Arts, Design | Comment »This is an exciting new development planned for the parking lot between Salter Street and Bishop’s Landing. I hope this project doesn’t get delayed by NIMBYs and such. I can’t imagine it would, but, then again, you never know.
The designs call for a 12 story, 142 unit apartment building (1) and a 5 story, 98 room boutique hotel (2) above 54,000 square feet of retail space and 450 underground parking spots. 11 is the ocean.
