Horrible, horrible customer service. Both at their 1-800 line, and also at the local branch at 6390 Lady Hammond Road in Halifax, NS, where I’ve left multiple messages for Sherry, the manager, and they haven’t been returned. At issue here is the fact that they charged the wrong credit card for the rental, and don’t see any urgency in correcting it. You make a mistake, fine, but once you’re told about it you have to correct it immediately, don’t you? And this was a corporate rental, too, which presumably they’d value more than a one-time personal rental.
