Jack Armstrong interviewed Hedo Turkoglu after the Toronto Raptors beat the New York Knicks 106-104 on Thursday. Hedo had just had his best game as a Raptor, finishing with 26 points and 11 rebounds on 16 shots.
JACK
You came out tonight early, aggressive. What was different for you tonight, in terms of just setting the tone with your game in this game?
HEDO
Ball.
JACK

If you gave someone the above as a script, they’d think you were crazy. They’d either say, “this isn’t funny,” or, worse, “what if …,” which is just a more insulting way of saying “this isn’t funny.”
And yet, if you show them the final product, they’d die of laughter:
